Vegetable Chips Recipe
Junk foods are everywhere these days and people cannot help but get a taste of these treats because they are delicious.
However, there is a healthy way to enjoy the flavors of junk foods,and that is through creating vegetable chips.
For this version, we are making Kale Chips.
- olive oil
- Ground cumin
The procedure is so simple you can go ahead and make the chips right after reading this blog. Simply mix all the above ingredients and then add the kale to the mixture. Just make certain that you toss and mix properly so that the kale will be evenly coated with the mixture. After mixing, you can lay the mixture in a baking sheet and then bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
